From a family of carpenters
ICM Homes, LLC was founded in February 2020 by Aaron Hagen, sole owner and operator. Aaron comes from a family of carpenters and has spent his career in residential construction — building several homes independently, ten years in the flooring industry, and a decade as a construction manager overseeing up to 60 projects a year before starting ICM Homes on his own.
The name ICM comes from the initials of Aaron’s three children — a reminder that this is a family-supported business, built to last.

ICM Homes combines unique designs with an enhanced level of quality finishes, while maintaining an affordable price. Aaron draws on long-standing trade relationships built over his career to deliver that value consistently, home after home.

ICM Homes builds throughout Minnesota from its home base in Zimmerman — with recent homes in Princeton and St. Augusta.
