Already own land? We’ll evaluate the site together. Still looking? We can point you in the right direction. Either way, we set a realistic budget before anything gets drawn.

Design & Selections

Start from your plan or one of ours, then make it yours — layout, finishes, cabinetry, countertops, flooring. Aaron’s background in the trades means practical guidance on where quality matters most.

Proposal & Contract

You get clear, itemized pricing before you sign — accessible pricing is the point. When the numbers work, we lock the plan, the price, and the schedule.

Trusted trade partners Aaron has worked with for years build your home with quality materials. You get regular updates and straight answers throughout — communication is what past clients praise most.

Walkthrough & Move-In

We walk the finished home together, room by room, before you close. Then the keys are yours — and Aaron is still a phone call away after move-in.

Do you build on my lot?

Yes. ICM builds on client-owned land throughout Minnesota — recent homes sit on private acreage. If you’re still looking for land, we’re happy to talk through what makes a good homesite.

Where do you build?

We’re based in Zimmerman and build throughout Minnesota, with recent homes in Princeton and St. Augusta.

What do you build besides new homes?

Basement finishing and detached garages — finished to the same standard as our new construction.

How does pricing work?
