A split that actually splits

The Fieldstone uses its three levels to keep the house sorted: living on the main, bedrooms a half-flight up, and a walkout level below that can stay unfinished or become the part of the house everyone ends up in.

The main level runs a 13×21 living room into the kitchen and dining area, with a corner pantry, a laundry room off the foyer and direct entry from the garage. Upgraded laminate flooring runs throughout, over custom cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless appliances.

Up a half-flight, three bedrooms share the level. The primary takes the back corner at 14×14 with a walk-in closet and a private bath — double vanity and a separate shower — while the other two share a full bath off the hall.
