Some clients arrive with a plan already drawn. Others start from one of our recent designs and make it their own. Either way, ICM Homes combines unique designs with an enhanced level of quality finishes — while keeping the price accessible.
Our floor plans
Five designs, from single-level living to a full two-story. Bedrooms, baths and square footage below are the base plan — each one can add a finished lower level, and every plan adapts to your lot, elevation and finish selections.
The Bridgestone
Single-level living with three main-floor bedrooms, an oversized center island and a family room with fireplace. The lookout lower level adds 1,365 sq ft, two more bedrooms and a bath when finished.
The Ledgestone
All four bedrooms and the laundry together upstairs, over a great room, a mud room and a 10×13 office. The walkout level adds 794 sq ft, a fifth bedroom and a bath when finished.
The Cornerstone
Four bedrooms and the laundry all on the upper level, over a vaulted gathering room and an 18×12 kitchen with a coffee bar. The lower level finishes out to a rec room, fifth bedroom and full bath.
The Fieldstone
Living on the main, three bedrooms a half-flight up, and a walkout level below that adds a 29×16 recreation room, a fourth bedroom and a full bath when finished.
The Ridgestone
Main-floor living with a gas fireplace and a 12×12 flex room. The walkout level adds 1,124 sq ft, a wet bar, a third bedroom and a bath when finished.
