The Cornerstone answers the complaint people have about most two-stories: somebody always ends up on the wrong floor. Here all four bedrooms sit together upstairs — and so does the laundry, a few steps from where the clothes actually are.

The main level is open and vaulted, with a gathering room full of natural light, a dining room, and an 18×12 kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a coffee bar with its own undercabinet refrigerator. Upgraded LVT runs throughout.

The owner’s suite takes the front of the upper level at 14×16, with a separate shower, a soaking tub and double vanities.
